A week after its inaugural run, Bahamas repeated the excursion from Oxenhope to Carlisle for those who missed getting a seat on the first train. Not travelling this time, I went to Hellifield to watch its arrival and watering, then went up the road to see her storm past towards Long Preston.
The sun was brilliant but low and directional, which limited the scope of the photographs.
After Bahamas had gone I went to Settle station and found it in perfect order - a credit to all concerned
