On Saturday 12 April, Stanier Pacific No 6201 Princess Elizabeth headed a Pathfinder charter from Chester via Warrington to Carlisle. This train is seen nat Chester, Winwick and Lunds (just north of Garsdale.

Two weeks later it returned south with another Pathfinder charter and I saw it during its water stop at Appleby.
